Le Loft is located on the boundary line of Logan Square and Bucktown, just a stone’s throw away from the apex of Wicker Park. This unique and transformative venue is housed on the second floor of a converted factory rich with history and character. The space features two distinct sides, and boasts a spacious 4,800 sq ft that can be used for private events or creative productions.
Where traditional meets modern; Le Loft is designed with the foundation of a minimalist aesthetic, showcasing natural elements and textures, with clean lines. By infusing modern pieces, and the intentional use of color and shapes, we have designed a vibrant and visually stimulating environment, that makes for very Instagrammable backgrounds.
Le Loft is said to have NYC vibes, with 12 ft high ceilings, large end-to-end windows providing indirect natural light, exposed brick walls and wood floors, an open layout, and bold color-blocked walls.

FLEXIBILITY + CONVENIENCE
Located on North Ave just one block off of Western Ave. We have a loading zone space in the front for loan in/out, and free street parking at the front on our building on North ave, and convenient parking in the surrounding neighborhood.
SITE VISIT
We welcome you to visit our space any day (provided it's not being used for another event) to ensure it meets your needs. We also have a thorough video tour we can provide by request.
DISCLAIMER:
• We do offer a courtesy 15 minutes to set up before your event. If you anticipate that your set-up will take longer than this, we recommend that you include that in your hours booked.
• Similarly, we offer courtesy 15 minutes to clean up after your event. If you anticipate that your clean-up will take longer, we recommend that you reserve enough time to break down and clean up the space within your time booked. Anything the exceeds the 15 minute grace period before and after the event, will be charged per our hourly rate.
• Noise: Out of respect for our downstairs neighbor, we kindly request speaker volume be set no higher than 60 (per SONOS) from 10pm-12am.
