I can't say enough great things about JEWELS Catering! My bridesmaids and I decided that having a cooking class would be a great idea and a great start to my bachelorette party oh boy was it! First, JEWELS was chosen amongst all of the others because of their great reputation and their mouth-watering menu! The staff was top notch. I would give their customer service an A+. I would recommend them to all my friends. So the day came....Justin, our in-home chef for the evening was the first one there and he decked the kitchen out with all of his gear! He arranged the pears, ginger, etc. on the island and made a gorgeous centerpiece to top it off. He even waited a bit to start since we had a few girls stuck in traffic, then the fun began! Miso Soup....salad with homemade (and easy to make) salad dressing....yummy fish....noodles.....""mames"" mmmm and sorbet ! He did a GREAT job instructing! It was SO informative, and umm... he totally cleaned the kitchen before he left. I don't mean just swiping the counter top with a paper towel.... he flippin' swept the floor....ran the dishwasher....wiped everything down. I think we all shed a tear as we saw Justin and his rolling-cooler leave the front door. Oh and before I forget, we asked him a LOT of random questions...things that we've always wondered about food,cooking, allergies, EVERYTHING! And he was more than happy to answer all of our questions
