Company holiday party. Room setting, staff, food and everything was perfect! Could not imagine another venue that could top HOB Chicago!

I love House of Blues. They have never let me down. Even among the confusion and chaos it always feels somehow relaxed and comfortable, like home. House of Blues, located on 329 North Dearborn Street, just north of Wacker Drive in the heart of downtown Chicago is a great place to catch any show. Wonderful sound, an intimate, but not overcrowded atmosphere, and stunning decor make this a must see when visiting Chicago. While the food is not the greatest, it's pretty decent. The downside is the portions. Very small portions. However, that's hardly the reason for going. Everything is reasonably priced including tickets. I have never had to wait outside more than 15 minutes, which is a definite plus in the colder and hotter months. This is an extremely popular destination for both locals and tourists. The atmosphere is very neat and clean, including the bar. There are never really many complications. The bathroom is easily accessible. Every kind of show is great there. From blues to gospel to metal to dance/techno, this is always a great venue! House of Blues is a beautiful venue with beautiful architecture and beautiful decor. The stage is very easy to see and the bar is nice. This is a great place to catchy any sort of show there is.

This is a very nice venue, not too big, not too small. I've seen a lot of acts perform here and they always sounded great and everyone has fun. Big enough for big acts, small enough for more intimate sets. It's a good place to catch a show with friends and have some drinks. The location is convenient on Dearborn Street just across the river from Wacker Drive. There's tons of stuff to do in this area and just about any cuisine is within walking distance.

The best experience that I have had with a party venue was with the house of blues. For my twenty first birthday my mom and my girlfriend reserved the house of blues for a birthday party for me. There were a couple of blues bands playing that night as well as a couple of singers. That was the best birthday party venue that I have ever been to, because the staff was very nice and accommodating. Also the atmosphere was mature, clean, and comfortable. The drinks were also included in the party package that my mom purchased, however the drinks were only until a certain time of night free. We also had some chicken and other finger food that kept us happy all night as far as wanting to have something to eat. Because of our reservation the staff must have alerted one of the singers about my birthday and one other person's birthday who was also celebrating that day, because the singer just broke out and announced our names and the whole crowd sang happy birthday to us. That was an awesome experience to have two hundred plus people to sing to you. I highly recommend the house of blues to be your best option for a party vendor because the people were nice, the food was good and the price was right. Also the location of the house of blues was great, just across the walkway there are a few really nice restaurants. Also the parking was included in the party pack that we purchased, yet the parking was not that expensive even if you didn't have reservations.
