Greenhouse Loft’s pricing structure (venue rental price + vendor costs) inherently allows for maximum flexibility when it comes to what you want to provide for your attendees.
Our standard 2019/2020 rates for a 10-hour time frame, set up to breakdown (unless otherwise specified) are as follows:
$2,500 | Daytime Weekday
$3,500 | Evening Weekday (Monday - Thursday)
$5,900 | Friday Evening (January - April, $5,400)
$7,200 | Saturday (January - April, $6,200)
$4,900 | Sunday (January - April, $4,400)
Each additional hour after 10 hours is $300.
No hidden fees here. We like to be upfront and transparent, it just makes everything easier and we think it’s the right thing to do.
Due with the signed contract to confirm your date(s): 50% of the venue rental.
Due 10 days prior to event: The remaining 50% of venue, 100% of catering and AV, plus any add-ons.
Final Invoice: Sent to you after the conclusion of your event (if applicable), it includes any overtime fees, last minute add-ons and/or copies.

We Reduce
• Our caterers try to use as much locally sourced food as possible, which minimizes transportation fuel emissions.
• Our caterers also use organic food, which reduces not only the farmer and consumer’s exposure to pesticides, but also reduces the environmental farming impact as a whole.
• We reduce waste by serving items in bulk when possible (ie. condiment dispensers instead of individual sized containers, filtered water cooler stations instead of plastic bottles, etc.)
• We use non-plastic, eco-friendly utensils.
• We utilize non-toxic and eco-friendly cleaning supplies.
• We have water efficient toilets.
• Our energy efficient windows help regulate temperatures.
• Our high efficiency heating and cooling system reduces energy by 22%.
We Reuse
• We have a collection of restored mid-century modern furniture.
• Our hardwood floor is made of a reclaimed 120 year old wood.
• Our entire building was restored and re-purposed and was once a manufacturing facility.
We Recycle
• We use on-site compost and recycling systems (sorted on-site) reducing up to 90% of event-generated waste, which would otherwise be landfilled
