This is an amazing hotel for all of your conference needs. A 19 story building in downtown Chicago, it is ideally situated for a corporate event. It has plenty of space, friendly staff, a good location, and a great view of Chicago. The conference hall is fantastic, and the staff were more than happy to help out. When the laptop we had been planning on using for our presentation died on short notice, the manager was even kind enough to lend us his own. The catering provided was very good, and all of the food was fresh. The hotel also took our large Jewish contingent into account, providing Kosher meals for them, and was able to work around several allergies. The hotel also definitely has enough things to keep even a large group occupied. It is within walking distance of many great locations, and it also had a pool that was very clean and well-maintained. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the showers were hot and high pressure, and the wi-fi worked well, which is often an issue at events we hold. The room service was also excellent, and any issues were handled promptly and courteously. The rooms were also cleaned while we were in meetings, which was very convenient, as many participants chose to remain in their rooms the rest of the time. All in all, a perfect 5/5. Although it's a bit pricey, Fairfield Inn is the way to go.
