At Woodend you can have your event, or outdoor wedding ceremony and reception, all in one secluded 40-acre nature sanctuary and a beautiful historic mansion, yet very close to DC (9 miles).
Our complimentary tent is an excellent back-up plan for your ceremony or outdoor event. When you rent Woodend, you receive peace of mind at no additional cost. No sun, no problem.
You have the ample mansion, adjacent tented terrace, and surrounding grounds for up to 170 guests, and your party can go until midnight.

- Our own, completely equipped tent with side panels, tent liner, heaters, fans, and 4 chandeliers are all included in the rental fee from April to November.
