- Complimentary one hour engagement or bridal session at any fee-free location of your choice anywhere in the south side Hampton Roads, Newport News or Hampton area is an option of this package.
- Two photographers. We are an experienced husband and wife team working together to capture the events of your wedding.
- Coverage of the bride and groom dressing and preparing for the wedding in their private room or area.
- Full coverage of your pre-ceremony, ceremony and reception.
- Traditional individual portraits of the bride and groom, bride and groom together and the bride and groom with their respective maids and groomsmen.
- Traditional individual and group portraits of the wedding party, families and friends.
- Photojournalistic style photographs of your reception telling the story of your celebration and capturing your guests’ smiles in a variety of shots.
- Three (3)-hours coverage of you pre-ceremony, ceremony, post-ceremony and reception.
- Private password protected online gallery for selecting your print images. The online gallery stays active for three (3) months and is a great way to share your photos with families and friends.
- Final flash drive with all of your online gallery photos. All flash drive photos are high resolution and formatted to easily print with your own software.
- Four (4)-4x6 prints and one (1) - 8x10 print of your choice printed in either color or black and white.
- Copyright release for your use in having prints made from your flash drive and sharing your slideshow.
- No additional charge for any change of venue on the day of the wedding within a two (2) mile radius of the original location.
We offer you all of the above items for a reasonable fee of $846.00. (Includes a 10% discount of the base fee of $940.00)

1. Dates are reserved only with a deposit of 50% of the professional fee, paid by cash or check. The retainer will apply toward the contracted service. All cancellations must be made in writing by the Client. In the event of cancellation, any deposits paid will be returned, less charges for services rendered up to that date.
2. Digital images will be available for viewing no more than one (1) week after the event date. The Client will be provided password protected access to CGP website with JPG images for viewing, final selection and subsequent developing by CGP. Final selections for development are limited to no more than one hundred and fifty (150) photographs comprised of any combination of sizes no greater than 8x10 in color or black and white. Four (4) 4x6 prints and one(1) 8x10 print of the images of your choice will be provided in accordance with the terms of the advertisement. All event orders/selections must be made no later than three (3) weeks after digital proofs are posted online.
