Terms and Conditions

A signed contract and date-hold deposit of ½ the total event price must be received to reserve your date(s) and time(s). This is a non-refundable deposit unless CHYAA is forced to cancel and the full deposit will be refunded. The balance of your space rental fee is due seven (7) days prior to your event. No terms are implied or granted and no work will be allowed to commence until full payment is received. All rentals are based on a 14 hour time slot. (10am - Midnight the day of your event) You are to have all personal items removed from the premises by midnight, unless approved by CHYAA Staff. If the renter needs different hours, they must first negotiate the rental terms before the deposit is received. Access to the Diamond Club will be denied before and after the agreed upon time slot. The Diamond Club will be in a clean condition prior to your event. Upon additional planning with CHYAA, you will need to incorporate your setup and clean-up time into the rental agreement, you are required to return the space to the same clean condition in which it was found. The Diamond Club will be inspected the day after your event and if the space is returned to a clean condition (Sweep/Mop Floors), CHYAA will refund the $100 cleaning fee. All trash must be collected, properly bagged and removed by the renter or the caterer and the furniture must be put away. All rental equipment must be removed by midnight that night unless approved otherwise by CHYAA.
