We rented the space at Cadence for our elopement. Lynn was very friendly and easy going. Communication was clear, prompt, and friendly. The space is so cute, and you can get coffee by walking through the doors into the cafe. We loved it and will definitely rent the space again!

We had my daughter's sweet 16 party here and the rental process was flawless from start to finish. Cadence Coffee is beyond helpful, accommodating and the staff is 2nd to none. I will absolutely recommend this spot to anyone and use them in the future.

I threw a party here for about 25 people recently. Everyone was impressed with this place! It is an intimate place with grown up vibes. It’s also in a great location as we walked to Nightfall and Unknown Caller afterwards without having to move our vehicles. The staff here was superb (thanks Emily ??) and the complimentary coffee was a hit! I will call Cadence first for any events I host in the future.
