Our wedding pricing gives you access to the full 8,000 sq. ft. conference space with a set-up day built in. The renter will also have access to the room the day prior to the event to set-up. The table and chair set-up is included in the price and will be prepared for you ahead of time. If alcohol is to be served at the event, ODAC will need a copy of the renters VA ABC Banquet License. There is a $500 deposit on this rental space due at the signing of the contract.
