Additional amenities include ample free parking, restrooms and changing areas, a kitchenette, Wi-Fi access (additional fee), and in-studio speaker access (additional fee). We can provide tables and chairs, or you can cater all yourself.

4-hour minimum for parties and events. 30 minutes gratis is provided to allow for set-up or breakdown.
$250 deposit is required at least 30 days prior to event date. Cancellation policy for space: 30 days = 50% refund | 14 days = 10% refund. | 13 days or less = no refund.
Accept check, cash, or Venmo for all financing. Final payment (i.e., payment in full) due 7 days before the event.
As a fitness facility, we are well suited to hosting wellness and fitness workshops. The combination of natural and in-studio lighting set the perfect mood for your event.
The open floor plan allows for large meetings with breakout sessions, small-group meetings, and expo-like display booths.
Use our sound system or bring your own. Sound system equipment is available for your use, if requested in advance. We can provide tables and/or chairs, WiFi, and kitchenette space for your caterer.
