Our Drop-Off services consist of a 2 hour maximum of serving, or we can also pick up your catered food and drop it off to the location of your choice.
If your event is located in the Charlotte and surrounding area, we offer a 4 hour minimum package per each hired staff. This package includes......experienced staff that can provide a professional service with attention to detail while making your special event a perfect memory. Our courteous and knowledgeable management can answer all of your questions and assist you with hiring event staff. Based on your wait staffing or bartending needs, we will advise you of the quantity and type of staff needed. We handle all the details from helping set up your event to making sure that afterwards, everything is cleaned up, with the leftovers/decorations wrapped up and put away. We are the solution to all of your serving needs!
We provide services for a Buffet, Cocktail Reception, Family service, French Style, Hors d’oeuvres service, displayed, passed or plated meals and drop-off deliveries.

Terms and Conditions
A 72 hour price guarantee is required with a 25% down payment for deposit. Deposits are nonrefundable unless a cancellation is made within a 7 day notice, due to Covid-19, prior to the date of the event.
A 10% late fee will be charged to any invoice not paid in full within 24-hours after the service(s) have been rendered or otherwise the date of payment agreed upon by both parties. All Invoices are there after assessed a 10% late fee each week when payment in full, has not been made.
Wait Staff Solutions LLC will take full responsibility for replacing any item(s) that are carelessly broken or lost in the event that it is substantially proven to be at fault of any Wait Staff Solutions employee. Expenses cannot be greater than the fees of service(s) rendered. Wait Staff Solutions liability coverage is limited for consequential, punitive, or speculative damages or lost profits. The insurance policy provides no liquor liability coverage for clients who provide alcoholic beverages which are served by Wait Staff Solutions, to their guests.
Any dissatisfaction with the service provided by Wait Staff Solutions employees should be discussed confidentially with the company’s owner. All claims of problems should be made within 72 hours after the event. All individuals involved in any matters which become of dispute or conflict will become aware of the situation and circumstances. The matter will then be resolved in a professional manner and handled according.
Wait Staff Solutions reserves the right to terminate this agreement without notice, when the client fails to pay for services rendered by Wait Staff Solutions or when accounts are paid late.
