Terms and Conditions 1. Introduction Welcome to Vibez Party Rentals. By booking our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 2. Booking and Payments Reservations: All bookings must be confirmed with a signed rental agreement and a deposit. Payment: Deposit due 24 hours after booking. Full payment is required before the event date. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days will forfeit the deposit. 3. Rental Period and Usage Rental Duration: Standard rental periods are 4 hours. Additional hours can be arranged for an extra fee. Setup and Takedown: Our team will handle the setup and takedown of all equipment. Please ensure access to the venue at the agreed times. Power Requirements: A functional electrical outlet within 50 feet of the inflatable nightclub is required. If unavailable, a generator must be provided. We bring heavy-duty cords to avoid circuit breaker issues. 4. Safety and Liability Supervision: Adult supervision is required at all times during the use of our inflatable nightclubs. Safety Instructions: Follow all safety instructions provided by our team. Misuse of equipment may result in damage or injury. Liability: Vibez Party Rentals is not responsible for any injuries or damages occurring during the rental period. The renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment and guests. 5. Additional Equipment Add-Ons: Portable air conditioners and heaters are available for an additional cost. These units require a separate circuit breaker to prevent power outages. Damage: Any damage to rental equipment due to negligence or misuse will be charged to the renter. 6. Weather Policy Weather Conditions: In case of severe weather (heavy rain, strong winds), we may need to reschedule or relocate the event for safety reasons. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative date. 7. Delivery and Pickup Delivery Area: Free delivery is available within 30 miles of Charlotte, NC. Additional fees apply for locations beyond 30 miles. Timeliness: Please ensure timely access for delivery and pickup. Delays caused by the renter may incur additional charges. 8. General Terms Modification of Terms: Vibez Party Rentals reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to existing bookings as necessary.
