Terms and Conditions

Lessee shall pay to Upscale Studio and Events as a rental fee of $100 an hour plus all other taxes and charges to be paid by Lessee under this Agreement. Set up and break down cost are not included in rental fee, but can be added for an additional fee. Venue includes tables, chairs, blutooth speaker, wifi and unlimited parking. Lessee shall pay a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of total cost with Upscale Studio and Events upon the execution of this Agreement. The balance of the rental fee shall be paid in full by Lessee on the day before the Event before Lessee gains access to the property. Lessee shall pay a REFUNDABLE $100 security deposit for incidentals. Security deposit will be returned within 7-10 business days after completion of event, based on discretion of Lessor. Security deposit will not be returned if Lessee exceeds more than 15 minutes past rental time. CANCELLATION Lessee may cancel this Agreement at any time up to 7 days prior to the Event Date by providing written. Nonrefundable deposit can be used by Lessee for a future date or gifted to someone else. If Lessee shall elect to so cancel this agreement within 6 days or less prior to Event Date, Lessee will be charged 100% of the Rental Cost and any expenses incurred by Lessor.
