Event Deposit = $100 Must make an event deposit to reserve your date! Cancellation policy: Guests can cancel their event 30 days or more before the event starts and will be refunded the full amount of the event deposit. Guests who cancel their event between 30 days and 7 days before the event date will receive no refund of their event deposit. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days prior to the event date will be charged 100% of the intended Rental Costs and Food Costs outlined in the contract for the event. We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash! Credit cards will incur a 3% additional charge!
