Takeila Fox is a seasoned and passionate pole performer, competitor, and instructor. In her ten years of pole fitness instructing she has participated in numerous exhibitions and competitions. Including Vertical Pole Challenge, US Pole Dance Championship, East meets West, American Pole Fitness Championship, and International Pole Convention. In 2009 she ranked 3rd on the east coast and top 12 in the nation. Takeila is available for private parties and performances as well as group workshops, in which she teaches how to incorporate grace and flow during inversion and she shares her signature moves such as the "Fox Top" and the "Twisted Takeila."
