Terms and Conditions

1. $100 non-refundable deposit required. 2. Cancellation must be 7 days before the event. If the event is cancelled less than 7 days before the event, then the full fee must be paid. 3. Full payment is due 24 hours prior to the event. 4. Payment covers entry 1 hour prior to the event. Clean up must be completed 1 hour after the event. This includes pickup of any equipment, decorations, etc. 5. The property must be cleaned at the end of the event. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 will be charged if cleaning is not done. 6. The engaged couple is responsible for all guests during the time they are on the property. This includes any damage or incidents that occur on the property. 7. Carpooling is requested due to limited parking.
