Terms and Conditions • The service provider will maintain all responsible server certifications required to provide bartending services. • The service provider will arrive for service setup a minimum of one (1) hour prior to the event. A two (2) hour setup window is preferred by service provider when allowed by client. • The client will be solely responsible for the acquisition of any and all licenses and alcohol permits being served at the event. • The client will be responsible for providing all wine, beer, and spirits to be served. The responsibility of purchase of beverage mixers, drinkware, and supplies must be agreed upon between the client and service provider per this fully executed written agreement no later than seven (7) days prior to the event. • The service provider may be permitted to display a tip jar/container or client may opt to provide tip at end of service. The method of tip acquisition must be agreed upon prior to the start of the event. • The service provider will be responsible for all setup and breakdown of the service area. • The service provider will be responsible for ensuring that no underage patrons purchase or consume alcohol from the bar. The bartender will only serve those legally permitted to drink in North Carolina. The bartender will also use his/her discretion to cease serving patrons who are visibly intoxicated, behaving inappropriately, or who may pose a risk to themselves or others.
