Terms and Conditions

A signed contract and date-hold deposit of no less than 50% of initial estimated cost must be received to reserve your date(s) and time(s). The balance of your space rental fee is due one week before your scheduled event date. Any additional or subsequent costs will be added to the bar tab for your event. All remaining expenses are due at the conclusion of your event. Cancellation Policy More than 1 month prior to the contracted Event Date: If the event is cancelled outside of 1 month prior to the contracted event date the deposit amount will be refunded. All refunds for cancellations will be issued by the Contracted Event Date. Less than 1 month prior to contracted Event Date: If the event is cancelled inside of 1 month prior to the contracted event date, the deposit is non-refundable. If a reservation is canceled (or a no-show) within 5 business days of the event, all fees will be withheld.
