A deposit of half the food and beverage minimum is required with contract signature to hold a date. This deposit is refundable up to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event. That deposit will be deducted from your final bill the night of the event. Final payment is also due that evening.
Instead of a rental fee, we require a food and beverage minimum to reserve the upstairs dining room. For Tuesday through Thursday evenings, that amount is $3,000 plus tax and gratuity. For events that end by 7pm, we can reduce this amount to $1,500 plus tax and gratuity.

This allows you to reserve the space until 10pm. For events that end by 7:30pm, we can reduce this amount to $3,000 plus tax and gratuity.
