executive chef and culinary staff are pleased to design menus tailored to your specifications.

Terms and Conditions
Menu Selection
To ensure the availability of all chosen menu items, please submit your selections at least four weeks in advance.
Custom menus should be discussed directly with the Private Events Manager & Catering Department. All prices are
guaranteed 60 days prior to the event.
Food and Beverage Service
All food and beverage consumed on Club property must be provided by the Club, with the exception of wedding
cakes, which may be provided by an outside bakery with Club authorization. A cake cutting fee will be applied. Due
to health regulations, unconsumed food cannot be taken off Club property. Ballantyne Country Club provides
responsible alcoholic beverage service, and our policies are consistent with state statutes. We will not serve
individuals who appear to be intoxicated or those who cannot provide proper identification upon request.
Ballantyne Country Club also has the right to remove any personal property of alcohol that is brought into the Club,
it is prohibited and will be taken. All food and beverage charges are subject to 22% service charge and 8.25% tax.
Service charge, facility fees, and rentals items are subject to 7.25% tax.
Contract and Deposit
A non-refundable $2,500 deposit will be due with your signed contract, which outlines the payment schedule.
Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit and signed contract have been received by our Private Events
Manager. The deposit will be applied to the food and beverage charges incurred during your function. The minimum
cost for the dining room is $20,000++. A facility fee of $2,000 will be charged for any non-member of the Club.
Please note there will be a 2.85% processing fee applied to any credit card payments.
Guarantee Policy
A guaranteed guest count and final payment is required at least two weeks prior to the event. The count may not be
decreased after that time. Should the actual number of attendees differ from your guarantee, you will be charged
the higher amount. If no guarantee is provided, the original estimated attendance is considered the guaranteed
number.
Displays & Decorations
Our Private Events Manager will be happy to assist with the selection of specialty linens, floral arrangements, place
cards and additional décor. Ballantyne Country Club does not permit outside rentals, as everything must be
ordered through the Catering Department. All displays or decorations are subject to prior approval by Ballantyne
Country Club. In order to prevent damage to the Club, displays or decorations approved by the Club shall not be
attached to any walls, floors, windows, draperies, chandeliers or ceilings with nails, staples, tape or any other
substance. We welcome bubbles, ribbons, rose petals and glow sticks for outdoor exits. Rice, birdseed, sparklers,
confetti, and glitter are not permitted.
Menu Tasting and Final Details
Menu tastings are scheduled Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 2pm at least twelve weeks prior to your event.
All details of your wedding should be finalized with our Private Events Manager at least four weeks prior to your
wedding date.
Inclusive Packages
All wedding packages are inclusive of non-alcoholic beverages and four hours of house brand bar, passed and/or
displayed hors d’oeuvres, dinner entrees, champagne or sparkling cider toast, coffee service, custom designed
wedding cake, elegant Chiavari chairs, standard house linens, romantic market lights, candle centerpieces, dance
floor, and holding areas for bridal party.
Additional Services
A recommended list of floral designers, photographers, clergy, entertainers, etc., can be provided upon request. A
Day of Wedding Coordinator is required, either through BCC or through an outside vendor. All vendors booked
through the client must be approved by the Ballantyne Country Club Private Events Manager.
