-We do have an in house caterer (1010 Bridge), but you are not required to use them if you have something else in mind.
-The only thing we have to provide is all alcohol, as per our liquor license. The Venue can get anything you want, but we have to buy it and serve it!
-The main facility fee gets you the property from 9:30- 11:30pm on Saturday (or Friday) as well as 4-8pm on Friday(or Thursday) for you to use anyway you would like; whether it be a rehearsal and dinner or you coming to decorate. You have it regardless!
-We have options for reception only pricing which would give you 5 hours on the property to Celebrate your day.
-We do offer service, those fees are not included in the packages.
- The package for the 2023 season is $5,000 all tables and chairs included as well as non alcoholic drink service (Water, Iced Tea & Lemonade)

Terms and Conditions
A $750 deposit is required upon signing the rental agreement and goes towards the full balance of the event. We ask that the facility fee is paid before the event takes place. Any extra rentals can be paid for within ONE MONTH of the event.
