The 7,500 square foot venue can accommodate parties and celebrations of all sizes, from intimate cocktail receptions to seated dinners for 300 guests. The space features a bridal suite, built-in bar, warming kitchen and a courtyard with additional event space. On-site parking for guests is available after 5 p.m.
Private Event Fees include the following: • Use of the courtyard and The Cedar Room for 5 hours with 6 hours pre-event set-up and 2 hours post-event breakdown. Additional event hours are billed at $500 per hour. • 300 Natural Wood Chiavari chairs • (30) 60” round tables • (10) 6’ and 8’ rectangular tables • (10) 24” or 30” tall cocktail tables • (1) custom built in bar • Glassware, serviceware, flatware and china • Pre-event cleaning
