Terms and Conditions

DJ shall perform all services, acts, or things normally provided by a disc jockey, including but not limited to supplying and playing music, and providing and operating mobile disc jockey equipment. D.J. shall retain full and complete control over the mode, means, and method of performance. In the event that employer cancels this agreement prior to DJ's time of performance, D.J. may retain the deposit as D.J.'s sole remedy. Employers reserves the right to reschedule any time prior to 30 days from date of the event.
