Set-up, event time, and clean-up must be included within the hours. Reception Package 8 Hours $4,000.00 Includes set-up of the full Sierra Room with a dance floor, facility assistants, building security, and custodial staff. Set-up, event time, and clean-up must be included within the hours. Wedding Ceremony & Reception Package 12 Hours $6,000.00 Includes theater-style seating for 235 guests in the Grand Lobby or Garden Court, one hour rehearsal on a day prior to the event, audio package and technician for the ceremony, set-up of the full Sierra Room with a dance floor, facility assistants, building security, and custodial staff. Theater Rental (per day) Monday – Thursday $9,500.00 Friday, Saturday & Sunday $12,000.00 Includes auditorium with basic corporate lighting and audio, basic custodial and administrative set up including box office. Deposit payment of 50% of expense estimate upon booking. Remaining 50% to be paid 30 days prior to event unless ticket sales cover expenses.
