Eagle Crest Golf Course in Centreville Nova Scotia offers a beautiful setting and backdrop for weddings and special events. Our club house offers a high-ceiling main room with rustic ceiling beams, wood floors and large windows overlooking the slope of the 18th fairway and the willow tree beside one of the ponds. This room will hold 75 people. There is an ante-room with comfortable seating which holds another 20 people. We can offer the use of 3 golf carts to take you to your perfect picture-taking area for you and your party; let us know if you would like to preview areas for picture taking at different times of the day – the sunrises/sets are wonderful. Time is extended to you the day prior to your event for decorating if required. We have an area beside the main club house that is suitable for an outdoor tent; this would be coordinated with local suppliers and subject to their prices. Due to liquor licensing regulations all alcohol and beverages must be provided by Eagle Crest; we will endeavour to stock your preferences and make signature drinks if requested. A catering menu is available through the Eagle Crest Restaurant. Catering can be arranged through outside sources at a 5% surcharge of their cost. The rental fee for the main room, ante-room, and outdoor patio area is $500. plus tax , applicable until December 31, 2018.. A 20% deposit is required at booking and is non-refundable if cancelled 90 days or less prior to the booked date. Bartending staff is included in the room rental cost; they are available until 02:00 hrs; wait staff can be arranged and is a surcharge. Events that continue beyond 2a.m. are subject to a surcharge of $50. Per hour or portion thereof.
