About Centralia Square Grand Ballroom And Hotel

The Centralia Square Grand Ballroom and Hotel offers a variety of distinct event spaces for a wide range of weddings, private parties, and business functions. In addition to our gorgeous Grand Ballroom with stage and orchestra balcony, you can reserve our Parkview Outdoor Terrace and Wine Bar overlooking Washington Park or our Annex that includes a library room. Your guests will enjoy our fireside lounge and event spaces as well as ample adjoining parking. Those needing overnight accommodations can choose from our vintage hotel rooms and suites. Our event facility can host groups up to 300 people. We have a few summer 2025 dates for Saturdays still available!

Wonderful Venue!! - An Eventective User

We had a corporate party in the ballroom and it was spectacular! The DJ balcony worked great, the close access for the catering was very convenient, renting the terrace was very nice to cool down and get away from the loud party. Owners are very responsive and helpful, their all day renting package allowed for us to set up the whole event in the morning before getting ready for the party. Overall a great experience. Couldn't recommend this gorgeous spot enough.

Beautiful Building and Excellent Service - An Eventective User

I was looking for a venue to host a large birthday party for my mom’s 40th birthday. The problem was Covid shut many places down. Even in counties that had hit phase 3 (parties up to 50 people allowed) it was difficult to find a venue. Almost immediately I had a response! This venue was not only the first to respond, the cheapest price, but it was gorgeous, and the owners were amazing hosts! We booked the Annex building and had a wonderful time. 10/10 would book again.
