In the warmer months, we have three different space options. Our indoor Great Room can seat up to 45. Our outdoor Japanese Maple Courtyard seats up to 36, and our Lower Courtyard near the pickleball court seats up to 24. Each space can fit a few more if it’s a mingling-style event.
The space fee is $150. Our rental windows are either 11-3 or or 3:30-7:30. That window includes time for setup and cleanup if you're decorating. For example, say you choose the early window, you can decorate from 11 to noon, guests arrive at noon, and everything has to be cleaned up by 3. Whatever window you choose, we ask that your guests not arrive before the winery opens, and depart by the time the winery closes.
There is also a $300 alcohol minimum. The host doesn't need to buy for everyone, it's just that the event must spend that much. Some hosts buy bottles, some ask people to buy their own, some do drink tickets - whatever works for you.
You are more than welcome to bring in outside food/catering, or we offer grazing tables (basically, large charcuterie boards) that are good for snacking about 20 people, for $225.
