Thank you for choosing Spare Birdie Public House, we are excited to have the opportunity to book your next event. We have the following structure to give you the flexibility to choose the options that best suit you and your event. These options are for events with a headcount of under 60 guests. The pricing and details are as follows:
- These group packages can be booked Wednesday and Thursday from 4pm to close and Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 11am to close.
- We do not have a private room for events. Events can be planned in the bowling area or in the virtual bay area food will be provided in their specific areas. Events also have the option to split and do both, for this the food will be placed in the dining area buffet style for your guests to choose what they would like to eat and be able to float the building. Additional games (pool tables, darts, bocce ball, and virtual putting green) can be added on for additional fees.
- Groups under 20 guests are required to meet a $1,000 minimum before fees.
- Gaming prices are by the hour 6 people per Virtual Bay or Bowling Lane.
- You can choose from among the food and beverage packages attached here. All packages have a cost per person so you can mix and match packages to meet your needs. The only real qualification is that you must order the quantity of each package that matches the number of people in your group.
- The food packages are priced for one hour but can be increased if you desire. The beverage packages are priced for two hours (within limits of consumption).
- You will have a dedicated server(s) for just your party to ensure that all your guest needs are attended to.
There will be game attraction attendants present to ensure that all attraction functions are working properly and can assist you and your guests as needed.

FULL PAYMENT: IS TO BE COLLECTED BY SPARE BIRDIE ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT AT ITS CONCLUSION. THE FINAL HEADCOUNT WILL NEED TO BE CONFIRMED SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
FEES: A SALES TAX OF 8.25% APPLIES TO ALL FOOD, BEVERAGE AND ATTRACTIONS. IF TAX EXEMPT A SALES TAX EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE MUST BE PROVIDED SEVENTY-TWO (72) HOURS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. ALL GROUPS AND EVENTS ARE SUBJECT TO THE AUTOMATIC GRATUITY OF %20 AND SERVICE FEE OF %7. ANY RETURNED CHECKS WILL BE ASSESSED A $50.00 FEE.
Thank you for your interest in Spare Birdie. For events with 60 or more quests, we offer full building buyouts. I have attached the food and beverage packages for you to review. All buyouts give the group full access to all entertainment options at Spare Birdie. This includes Brunswick String Pin Bowling, Virtual Games, Pool Tables, Dartboards, outdoor Bocce Ball, Cornhole, and Trash Can Beer Pong.
As a buyout, you and your group would be the only guests in the building during the time of the buyout. All groups are allotted .75 cents on the dollar for food and beverage packages. The only requirement in the food and beverage packages is that you must purchase each food or beverage package in the same increment as the size of the group. You are welcome to purchase more than one type of package to help give your group a wide variety of food/beverage options.
Any buy-out that is booked during non-operating hours (Monday to Thursday with a start time of no earlier than 11 am and an end time of no later than 3:30pm) would be $100 per person. Any buy-out that is booked during operating hours will be priced on a day-by-day basis. This means that the price is based on the day of the week, the time and essentially the sales replacement cost. Example – a Monday night buyout would be much less expensive than a Friday night buyout due to the sales replacement cost.
We do not usually book any group more than 120 days out to ensure that we are within our cost constraints and sales trends. We also cannot see exactly what our sales can and will be approximately 6 months from now. We would be more than glad to book your group for the date you select even if it is more than 120 days out but would need to include a clause that would allow for a price increase, if warranted, to not exceed 10% of the current quoted price. This is being done to ensure that I cover the replacement cost of sales.
