A deposit equaling the room rental plus 25% of the Food and Beverage minimum is due upon signing of the contract.
The Hilton Garden Inn Hotel accepts all major credit cards, cashier checks, certified check or cash as payment. The Advance Payment Plan is outlined in the sales contract based on the contracted Food and Beverage minimum. Final Payment for your event must be received two (2) weeks prior to the event. A credit card authorization must be kept on file to guarantee all final charges.
Dream Weddings at the Cedar Falls Convention & Event Center – we build your dream around you!
We do it all! Your personal wedding coordinator is with you from pre-planning of site visit, menu planning, menu tasting, to assist with wedding room block for family and guests. Your coordinator will be onsite for your big day and after the wedding we invite you to come and stay with us on your one year anniversary.
It is our desire to create the event you have dreamed of. We have created two wedding packages and if our menu options are not part of that dream, please allow our Executive Chef to customize a menu that will make your dream come true.
For all events our pricing includes set up, tear down, linens, chinaware, silverware and glassware. We have access to a variety of florists, props & decorations, specialty linens and entertainment options when it comes to decorations.
