The “Grill Room” is perfect for parties of 40 guests and under. This room may be used private or semi private for smaller groups. The “Grill Room” is charmed with vintage barn wood banquets, leather padded chairs. Photos on the walls reveal Rancho Mañana’s famed dude ranching days along with the large fireplace and local Cholla cactus skeleton. This room sets up well for Audio Visual presentations or slide shows. This room may be set in the following options for private events: 6 tables at 15 per seats per table. U-shaped for a total of 30 seats utilizing both sides of the table. Captains square with seating for 25. The adjacent cocktail patio may be used to start off your event with cocktails, music a crackling fire and a duo of musicians on the rock stage. Additional charges may apply, please inquire.

The Main Dining Room comfortably seats up to 60 guests. This room showcases a local alligator juniper tree slightly off center of the room, which supports the massive wooden beam and rough-hewn ceiling. It showcases our Native American heritage, with photos by Edward Curtis and locally made tamarisk light sconces and Native American art. The hickory and leather chairs complement the 120-year-old barn wood tabletops. Divided light cedar windows look out over the Upper Patio and across the 11th hole of the Rancho Mañana’s Golf Course. This room is only available for private parties, and requires also booking the adjacent latilla-covered Upper Patio. That area could serve as either a cocktail reception area or as additional seating for 50 guests, adding up to a total of 110 seats.

After your ceremony, your reception awaits just steps away to the flat area of the 11th tee box. This area is perfect for alfresco dining and dancing the night away under a twinkling desert sky. It can seat up to 250 guests. This area is nestled between a massive eucalyptus tree, an ancient stand of tamarack trees, desert landscaping, and a pair of flowing ponds. This area is also a favorite for incredible wedding photos due to its picturesque surroundings. There is ample room for a gourmet buffet, dance floor, or other activities. Restrooms are steps away at the Rancho Mañana Pro Shop. The pro shop locker rooms are an excellent area for the wedding party to utilize as a changing room.

The Sunset Patio is simply incredible during Arizona’s mild temperatures. It truly showcases everything this beautiful setting has to offer. It comfortably seats at least 80 guests and is just off the 11th hole of Rancho Mañana, which overlooks the awe-inspiring desert foothills and southern rim of the Tonto National Forest. Native desert wildlife is often spotted from this safe haven. Regular sightings include coyotes, javelina, bobcats, roadrunners, desert great horned owls, and many more. A large local stone water feature with metal agaves and burning flames warms guests along with ample mushroom heaters and sun umbrellas for our bright Arizona days. This area sets up well for parties that wish to feature live entertainment and a dance floor. A private bar may be set up to serve any and all of your required spirits. The Sunset Patio may be used in conjunction with the Latilla Patio to accommodate up to 130 guests. The adjacent lawn is a great place for a stage and live musical acts of any size.
