Terms and Conditions
A. Duties and Responsibilities: A customized list of duties and responsibilities will be provided and represented in the final contract. Majestic Day which will operate as the Event Planner.
B. Fee Structure: The Client agrees to pay the following fees for Majestic Day’s services under the below noted terms:
1. The Client will be responsible for a full payment. An initial non-refundable deposit at the time of contract signing. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
2. The Client will be billed for all long distance phone and/or fax charges, postage for mass mailings, bulk photocopies, and other event related products purchased or advanced by Majestic Day, LLC. Supportive documentations and or receipts shall be provided.
3. Any services Majestic Day provides to The Client that are above and beyond the services outlined in this Contract Agreement shall be provided only after receiving an addendum for the services needed. Should additional services be required, The Client will execute a task order that will detail the required services and conditions for which these services shall be rendered. Terms and conditions of this Contract Agreement shall govern the task orders.
C. Termination of Services: Either Majestic Day or The Client may terminate this Contract Agreement at any time, with or without cause. In the event of such a termination, written notification of the intent to terminate this agreement must be provided to the other party at least fifteen (15) days prior to the first proposed event. All of The Client’s property and materials within Majestic Day’s possession must be returned to The Client by the effective termination date, unless otherwise agreed between parties. All payments due to Majestic Day will be paid within two weeks following the effective termination date, pending return of all The Client’s property and materials.
The obligation of Majestic Day to perform shall be relieved in the event of accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other legitimate condition beyond Majestic Day’s control. In the event Majestic Day offers to perform services at the time and place specified and The Client declines or permits only partial performance, Majestic Day shall receive full compensation as provided in this contract. It is expressly understood and agreed by The Client and Majestic Day that neither Majestic Day nor any employee of Majestic Day shall be liable for any breach of this contract by The Client or by the independent contractors.
Should the primary special event consultant assigned to The Client experience death of a member of the immediate family or serious illness prior to the event; the primary special event consultant (to the best of her ability) will contact a qualified special event consultant with the same level of professionalism to perform the specified event planning services outlined in this Contract Agreement.
D. In the Event of Epidemics: The obligation of Majestic Day, LLC to perform shall be relieved in the event of accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other legitimate condition beyond Majestic Day, LLC's control. In the event Majestic Day, LLC offers to perform the services at the time and place specified and the client declines or permits only a partial performance, Majestic Day, LLC shall receive full compensation as provided in this contract. It is expressly understood and agreed by the client and Majestic Day, LLC that neither Majestic Day, LLC nor any employee of Majestic Day, LLC shall be liable for any breach of this contract by the client or by the independent contractor.
E. Tragedy: Should the primary event planner assigned to client experience death of a member of the immediate family or serious illness prior to the event, the primary Event Planner (to the best of her ability) will contact another event planner with same the level of professionalism to manage client’s event(s).

-Submit the balance or payments as indicated in the package payment schedule.
-Submit copies of all contracts, proposals, and literature regarding vendors.
Majestic Day, LLC agrees to...
-Inform the client of all deadlines and deposits as they become due.
-Submit all changes to contract in writing to be signed by all parties and attached to original agreement.
-Present proposals from vendors to client.
-Provide all services that are specified in wedding planning/wedding day coordination package chosen by client.
Policy/Procedures:
-Majestic Day, LLC has the right to refuse completion of services if the final balance is not paid on time.
-Majestic Day, LLC will not be responsible for making payments or deposits for any services or merchandise.
-Majestic Day, LLC will not be responsible for lateness by another vendor or unacceptable products or services.
-A $25.00 service charge will be assessed for returned checks. Only cash, money order, or cashier's check will be accepted.
-Final payments are due 30 days prior to the event date and must be made by cashier's check, money order or cash.
Late Fee & Cancellation Policy:
Majestic Day, LLC will assess a late charge of $10.00 per week in the event that the balance is not made by the specified date for the amount due. If the client fails to pay the final balance within 14 days of the date due, legal action will be taken to recover fees for the services rendered, miscellaneous costs, and attorney’s fees.
Should the client cancel or postpone the event prior to 30 days before the event, the client is liable to pay at least ½ of the package cost and/or any other outstanding fees within 14 days of notification. Should the client cancel or postpone the event within less than 30 days before the event, the client is expected to pay the balance due on the total package cost due and/or any outstanding invoice(s) within 14 days of notification. Any fees that have been invoiced and paid will not be reimbursed. Majestic Day, LLC is not obligated to extend a transfer or credit should the client decide to reopen contract or account.
