A 4-acre film studio 87600 sq. ft. with 6 sound stages (11,000 sq ft – 3500 sq ft) a full postproduction building 50 seat theater and 40 offices. Private parking for 125 cars Truck / motorhome on-site parking: On property Available parking lot or parking structure nearby Permit zone: The Studio’s location is OUTSIDE the 30-Mile Studio Zone; however, it is considered WITHIN the Zone by the CFC (per Program 2.0 statute), AMPTP and various Unions* - 6 Sound Stages including 2 of the largest green screens and white CYC stages in the LA area - 4 stages on the lot ranging from 5,190 sq. ft. to 10,550 sq. ft. - 2 large Screening Rooms, several soundproof postproduction rooms plus foley room. - Editing Rooms, administration offices and 80 Acres of back lot - Full make up rooms on every stage All stages are equipped with elephant doors, pipe grids, concrete floors and AMPS that ranges from 2400-4800 with HVAC that ranges from 20 tons to 30 tons. This complex can house a full post-production facility with ADR and foley.

Livestream & Podcast Broadcasting Studio from the Lounge area features seating areas that can accommodate up to seventy people without using floor space. The Lounge area allows all access to the restrooms, lockers and shower facilities along with both ends of the dance studios, production suite, music studio, and office access. Events featuring dances will likely use the ample floor space for stretching dancers as well. We also feature two flat screens that can broadcast your message at your event for viewing by your guests. Also available are folding tables, chairs and glass tables at an additional charge for your event.
