Our pricing is based on the entire scope of services requested/provided. The number of attendees is just one aspect considered in the overall pricing.
Project based: We typically price planning services based on the overall project contracted. We require an initial deposit with the remainder billed in equal monthly installments.
Hourly: We can also price services on an hourly basis. This method is often chosen when Ala carte services are provided ( i.e. sponsorship or speaker management, housing, registration or on-site management ) as stand alone services.
PerDiem: Price per day is the method charged for on-site management and TD services for single and multiple day engagements.

DEPOSITS:
Full service planning and management services require a 40% non-refundable deposit. Deposits are due at the time of contract signing prior to commencement of services.
BILLING:
Contracted payments are billed on a net 30 basis.
CANCELLATION FOR PLANNING SERVICES:
Cancellation can be made with 45 days written notice by the client to GBD.
The portion of the contract up until the date of cancellation including all expenses incurred in conjunction with performing services prior to the cancellation date including but not limited to contracting: vendors, on-site management and registration staff or any other expense incurred in good faith for the client will be paid.
Gatherings by Design, LLC may initiate cancellation of an agreement at any time with written notice to the client for reasons of non- compliance, non-payment, illegal, unethical or inappropriate acts or irreconcilable differences.
CANCELLATIONS FOR ONSITE MANAGEMENT AND TD SERVICES:
Cancellations may be made up to 30 days prior to the date of service with no penalty.
50% of the total agreed amount will be paid for cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the contracted date of service.
100% of the total agreed amount will be paid for cancellations made 14 days or fewer prior to the contracted date of service.
