Plant-Based Kitchen and Event Space Rental Terms:
Duration: The rental period begins and concludes on the day and time specified in the agreement.
Fees: The Renter agrees to pay the rental fee as mentioned in the agreement. Full payment is due 2 weeks before the rental period.
Deposit: A security deposit of $250 is required upon booking and will be refunded within 3 business days after the event, subject to deductions for damages or additional fees.
Catering: All food and beverages served during the event must be plant-based. The Renter may opt to use our in-house catering services or bring in external vendors with prior approval.
Use of Space: The Renter shall utilize the space solely for the agreed-upon purpose and ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the rental period.
Responsibilities: The Renter assumes responsibility for any damages incurred during the rental period and agrees to indemnify the Venue against any claims arising from their use of the space.
Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' notice. Refunds will be prorated, minus deductions for damages or fees incurred.

Plant-Based Kitchen and Event Space Rental Terms:
1. Duration:
The rental period shall commence on and conclude on as per the agreement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. We are open 24 hours.
2. Rental Fee:
The Renter shall pay the Venue rental fees as mentioned in the agreement for the use of the rented space(s). Payment shall be made in full before the commencement of the rental period unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Cleaning fees are charges are additional.
3. Security Deposit:
A security deposit of $250 is required to secure the rental space. The security deposit will be refunded to the Renter within 3 business days following the conclusion of the rental period, less any deductions for damages, additional cleaning fees, or other expenses incurred by the Venue.
4. Use of Space:
The Renter agrees to use the rented space(s) solely for the purposes outlined in this Agreement and by any applicable laws and regulations. The Renter shall not sublease or otherwise transfer the rented space(s) to any third party without the prior written consent of the Venue.
5. Responsibilities:
The Renter shall be responsible for any damages to the rented space(s) or the Venue's property caused by the Renter, their employees, agents, or guests during the rental period. The Renter shall also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the rented space(s) throughout the rental period.
6. Indemnification:
The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Venue from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Renter's use of the rented space(s) or any breach of this Agreement by the Renter.
7. Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 14 days written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, any payments made by the Renter shall be refunded on a prorated basis, less any deductions for damages or other expenses incurred by the Venue.
