About CSS Building
The impressive property is Canada's former NATO Satellite Communications Uplink which played an important role in the story of Canada and its part in the Cold War. After a concerted effort by the current owner, it was opened to the public in 2021.

- An Eventective User
The Building has an interesting history, unique in its appeal. The owner Allan Duncan was personable and accommodating. Both my daughter and I knew it was the perfect place as soon as we saw it , as did my son when he arrived from Toronto. Our gathering was smallish about 32 people, the atmosphere was casual not fancy, just as my husband would have wanted. Our “Celebration “ could not have been better and our guests all agreed. Allan and his wife stayed on the premises and could not have been more helpful. Allan takes a great deal of pride in his building and it shows!
