Included in an Oldenburg House Wedding:
• On-site planning sessions and tours.
• The Oldenburg House Suite, the Jay Cooke Suite, and the Bunkhouse are available for up to 8 guests staying the night and for getting dressed from 3pm the night before the wedding through 11am the day after the wedding.
• One white Charnecke sectional 40’ X 80’ pole tent.
• 240 white folding chairs, 30 8’ banquet tables and a 16x24’ outdoor dance floor.
• 10 3’ round cocktail or dinner tables and 40 chairs for indoor use at the Wedding Eve Event.
• Yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice and champagne for the wedding party the day of the wedding.
• Breakfast for the wedding party guests the day after the wedding.
• On-site parking for 10 cars. Parking Coordinator for valet parking additional cars nearby.
• Use of our sound system, and Glenn’s assistance to your sound engineer as needed.
• Bean bag, bocce and croquet games to set up on the grounds.
• Fires in both fire pits and our coordinator to light, replenish, monitor, extinguish the fire.
• Two accessible bathrooms on the grounds for wedding guests.
• Caterers have access to water in the Oldenburg House kitchen though refrigeration is not available.

A non-refundable 50% initial payment is due when the date is booked. A 25% payment is due two months before the wedding, and 25% payment is due the Monday before the wedding. We keep your credit card information on file so that we are able to settle any incidental charges (often the bar bill) with you after the event.
