Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation and Deposit A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package price is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date. 2. Guest Capacity The venue can accommodate between 50 to 350 guests. Exceeding this capacity may result in additional fees or the inability to host the event. 3. Event Time Restrictions Events must conclude by time agreed on contract Setup and breakdown must be completed within the agreed time frame. 4. Cancellation Policy No Refund Policy: All deposits and payments made for the event are non-refundable. 5. Custom Packages Packages can be customized based on guest count and specific needs. Pricing adjustments may apply for upgrades or additional services. 6. Catering and Alcohol All catering and alcohol services must be arranged through the venue unless otherwise agreed upon. Outside catering may incur an additional fee. 7. Liability The venue is not responsible for any lost or damaged property or for any injuries sustained on the premises during the event. 8. Compliance with Laws All events must comply with local laws and regulations. Permits for special activities (e.g., fireworks, live music) are the responsibility of the client. 9. Conduct The client is responsible for the behavior of their guests. Disruptive conduct may result in the expulsion of individuals and/or cancellation of the event. 10. Amendments These terms may be amended at the discretion of the venue. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.

Date Transfer Option: You may transfer your reservation to another party and give full financial responsibility to future client. Future Credit: If you choose not to sell your date, you may apply your current payments as a credit towards a future event within 24 months. Future event dates are subject to availability and must be booked within the specified credit period. Notice Requirement: All cancellations must be communicated in writing to The Executive Event Center to ensure proper documentation and processing. 5.
