A deposit of $300 (October through May) or $400 (June through September) is required to secure your booking. This deposit is due at the time of booking and will be applied to the total event cost. -The cost does not include charges for setup, teardown, and cleaning of the venue. -The cost does not include use of the venue space for multiple days. -Layout changes may incur an additional fee. -A/V rentals may incur an additional cost depending on your preferences and requirements. -Beverage service is available at an additional cost. -October through May: Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to the scheduled event will receive a full refund of any deposits paid, minus any non-refundable fees. Cancellations made within 45 days of the event will forfeit the deposit and any payments made. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within this time frame. -June through September: Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to the scheduled event will receive a full refund of any deposits paid, minus any non-refundable fees. -Please note that a special use permit is required for any setups on the beach; however, we do not provide the special use permit. It is the responsibility of the client to obtain the necessary permit from the appropriate local authorities. We require a copy of the permit for our records preferably three months prior to the event. -A 25% non-refundable deposit of the total cost is required to make a reservation. The remaining balance is due at least 7 days prior to the event. No refunds will be made after the final payment is made. -The cost includes setup, teardown, and cleaning of the venue. - Tables, chairs, and a wedding arch are provided as part of the package. -Decor may incur an additional cost depending on your preferences and requirements. -Due to the unpredictable nature of the weather in the Pacific Northwest, we are unable to cancel events based on weather conditions, including rain. We understand that weather can be challenging, but we recommend preparing for all conditions. However, we may allow cancellations with a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to the event date. If a cancellation is requested within 7 days, the event will proceed as scheduled, and no refund or adjustment will be issued.
