At Lake Breeze Terrace we offer the Get Hitched! Package. If you need a last minute or scheduled quick ceremony, this is the package for you. Better than a courthouse ceremony. The bride and groom quickly and easily get hitched. The ceremony is no longer than 15 minutes with a beautiful view of the lake. Better than the courthouse steps! They arrive dressed and ready for their special moment. Surrounded by loved ones or standing in the privacy of your own happiness. Together, before the arch, you’d stand overlooking the lake to say “I Do!” There is nothing more special than a brief ceremony with a beautiful view.

Lake Breeze Terrace is a great for an afternoon party place for graduation parties, high school reunions, birthday parties and the like.   The ‘Afternoon Social’ package is for a party or events hosted in during the day.   It includes everything needed for a beautiful lake view celebration.  The Terrace offers a base package that includes the venue rental for 8 hours, 100 people, setup, and cleanup. Want to add your colors or decorations?   Of course, there are several free add-ons as well as upgrades available to complete this perfect event. The Terrace has an indoor area that will fit up to 50 people seated for dining or 100 standing and the outdoor area including The Terrace and garden patio increases your dining capacity to 110.  The outdoor area includes a dance floor or you can utilize the space with dining tables.  Worried about inclement weather?   The Terrace also offers an amazing white party tent customized to cover the exterior deck from rain, wind or even intense sunshine.  Need music?  The Terrace offers an upgrade to either a DJ station or a Bose system that you can work with to provide great party sound. This evening party place offers bar services as a free add-on and can be either a Cash Bar, Open Bar or combination of both.   We offer a wine, beer, champagne and sodas.   However, if you want to bring your own alcohol,  there is an additional charge or you can waive alcohol for the evening without charge. Additionally, signature wine drinks such as margarita, wine spritzers, and other frozen drinks are available for fun summer events.  The Bar Services includes the necessary staff to serve at the bar, the glassware, and the alcohol for the event duration and if requested we can setup an additional outdoor Tiki bar. They arrive dressed and ready for their special moment. The Elope-At-The-Lake package is an Elopement package which simply means come to Lake Breeze Terrace and enjoy a short simple wedding ceremony. This package can be scheduled any day of the week for a 2 hours time frame.  The bride and groom have the flexibility to bring their own officiant or use the officiant that is already included in your pricing.  Want to invite guests?  The bride and groom can invite up to 45 guests.  More time?  An additional hour is available for $100/hour.  In addition, this package offers some options for upgrades and flexibility in colors and decorations.  Specially designed for those who elope, we also offer a Honeymoon Stay package at the resort with a wedding baskets, champagne, and more.
