Your Landmark fee is the room rental fee for the venue it includes the following: cleaning fee, service staff, bartending staff, coat check , in-house standard linen, in-house standard napkin, tables - either 6 ft round or 8 ft rectangular, in-house chairs, cake table (if applicable), DJ table (if applicable), check-in/guest book table, head table (wedding clients), late night table (if applicable), buffet table (if applicable), standard silver flatware, plates, glassware, in house standard table numbers, podium, microphone, use of in-house standard sound, 2 x 65" flat screen TV's on mobile stands, small stage (if applicable). There is a $10 per person fee added on for additional guests surpassing 110 attendees.

This fee includes the following: cleaning fee, service staff, bartending staff, coat check , in-house standard linen, in-house standard napkin, tables - either 6 ft round or 8 ft rectangular, in-house chairs, cake table (if applicable), DJ table (if applicable), check-in/guest book table, head table (wedding clients), late night table (if applicable), buffet table (if applicable), standard silver flatware, plates, glassware, in house standard table numbers, podium, microphone, use of in-house standard sound, 2 x 65" flat screen TV's on mobile stands, 12' x 16' foot stage (if applicable). There is a $10 per person fee added on for additional guests surpassing 300.

Price does not include Landmark Rental for Venue Space. Package includes: 6 hours open bar service Cocktail hour with chef's choice canapes 3 or 4 course dinner with unlimited wine service during dinner
