Storehouse 408 is an indoor/outdoor venue that offers 2,300 square feet of space inside the main hall, and another 2,600 square feet of space in the courtyard. Enter through the glass vestibule to find yourself in the main hall with unobstructed views throughout. The space is flanked by a brick wall and accented with industrial fans, exposed ductwork and sparkling modern black and gold chandeliers. The windows bring in the light on one side, while the overhead door provides a smooth transition between our indoor and outdoor spaces. Step outside into the courtyard and you'll find yourself in a fully fenced-in private oasis surrounded by lush greenery, and framed with a 6' wide modern open-air gas fireplace for those cooler evenings. The space includes 7 individual gender-neutral powder rooms including oversized private client washroom and wheelchair accessible washroom, client-only Flex Room with locking doors and and free onsite parking. A catering kitchen with separate entrance is included for use by your chosen caterer. When you book your event at Storehouse 408, you will receive exclusive private access to the venue... no sharing with anyone else.
