A wedding ceremony package includes: • Exclusive use of the butterfly conservatory for your ceremony and photographs • A two-hour time frame, either 8am to 10am or 5pm to 7pm • A celebratory release of live butterflies in the conservatory • Admission for all guests • Discounts available on weekdays Ceremony Fee $1995 +HST A wedding reception at Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory grants you and your guests exclusive use of the entire facility including the butterfly conservatory, front foyer, both galleries, dining room, and private bridal suite. Each wedding reception package includes: • 5 hours of exclusive use, commencing no earlier than 5pm (typically 7pm - 12am) • Consultation with Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory’s Wedding Coordinator(s) • Tables, wooden vineland cross back chairs, dishes, flatware, glasses, and service • Cake table, guest book table, gift table, and lectern for speeches • White, black, or ivory linens, and your choice of linen napkin colour • Crudités and crackers with an assortment of dips served during cocktail hour • Wedding cake service (includes cake cutting and serving) • Menu customization including special dietary requests (gluten free, vegan, etc.) • Food tasting for two people, upon request, after Buffet or Four Course reception is reserved • Optional extended hours: $750 per hour, up until 2am • Half price childrens (aged 12 and under) and vendor meals Evening receptions can seat up to 100 guests.
