We book 3 night weekend wedding celebrations at Swan Cove Manor so the celebrating doesn't need to end after 4 or 5 hours. We have 5 homes on the property, 3 of which are waterfront. The whole property itself can sleep up to 72 people depending on sleeping arrangements and that takes into account, sofa beds, bunks beds, futons and trundle beds. wan Cove is a 27 acre estate so the options of making the vision for YOUR day come to life exist here. Our typical ceremony setting takes place with you walking down the aisle towards the water (cove within the river) and all of the unforgettable photos our (or your) photographer captures will have the water as the backdrop while you exchange your vows. Guests attending will watch in awe as the beauty of all things in nature compliment the presence of you and your fiance. In 2019 we welcomed a beautiful 80x50 enclosed, but can open, tent to the Swan Cove property. This tent is a lot larger than many tents that are rented for wedding events. It's perfect! We designed it so that the whole waterside of the tent is clear vinyl, if the sides need to be closed it doesn't take away the waterview. There is a solid floor in the tent throughout, perimeter lighting (WHITE), draping on the ceiling (WHITE), 4 greenery lit chandeliers and beautiful landscape surrounding the space. This is where the reception will take place. I have had the honor and privilege to oversee Swan Cove Manor since it was purchased by new owners in August of 2018. Me, along with an amazing group of people, are always hands on with taking care of the property. It is so quiet, relaxing and private here, you may think you are on vacation. When you book your wedding celebration at Swan Cove Manor, I will personally work with you to make everything leading up to and including your wedding day all you imagined it would be. We work directly with some of the greatest local professionals in the wedding industry and they can be booked directly through Swan Cove Manor. Our goal has always been to offer as close to all inclusive as possible. Honestly though, the professionals we recommend know the property very well and your day will be flawless. Other vendors not on our list are welcome as well. My role in your wedding planning adventure is to provide you with property information, design floor plans for tables, recommend vendors and answer any questions you have throughout. One the day of your wedding I will be on site first thing in the morning to set up the ceremony, have tables and chairs set up for reception according to floorplans and make sure the property and vendors are good to go, we refer to this service as the property facilitator. My services can be upgraded to your day of coordinator or partial planner. This upgrade is highly recommended because there is no one who knows this property better than I do, if adjustments need to be made I know how to make them happen immediately and seamlessly. Above all else, the bride and groom are our focus at all times. I tell all couples that this is a happy moment and shouldn't be stressful. This is so important!
