Terms and Conditions

Our cancellation policy is as follows. The full room fee must be paid in order to reserve the date. Once paid, $150 of that fee is non-refundable if the event is cancelled. We will change the event date outside of 4 week from the original date with no penalty. Event changes or cancellations inside of 4 weeks from the event date will forfeit the entire amount of the room fee paid. We accept visa, mastercard, american express, interact/debit, cash, and cheque for room fee payment.
