• We have 10 spots (first come basis)
• Street parking is free after 6pm (17th/18th Ave)

Policies
• All group reservations are held with a credit card at time of booking
• 20% gratuity & 5% GST are additional
• Guaranteed number of guests is due 48 hours prior to the event
• Menu selections are required one week prior to the event
Billing
• Master account – cc on file
• Multiple payments accepted, and bills can be split per table
Cancellation
• Cancellations within 7 days will be charged 50% of minimum
• Cancellations within 3 days will be charged 100% of minimum
Confirmation/Guarantee
• No holds on space with out a credit card on file
• Final #s are due 48 hours prior, LR will charge the menu price of confirmed attendance
