Terms and Conditions

Fees, Confirmations, Time Changes, Cancellations: A deposit of $150.00 is required to accompany the return of your Agreement in order to secure the date and time of your Ceremony. The balance is due on your wedding day BEFORE your Ceremony, either in cash or by certified cheque. Travel expenses: Travel expenses are incurred if your Ceremony is out of the City Limits at either the rate of .50/km round trip or the following flat rates for these locals: Airdrie/ High River/Strathmore: $25.00; Olds/Kananaskis $75.00; Canmore $100; Banff $150.00; Lake Louise $200. If your ceremony is in a hotel, please add additional parking costs. If indeed your ceremony time or date changes, please allow enough notice so that your new requests, and the arrangements/requests of others can be accommodated with the consideration due all parties. A ONE MONTH Notice is needed, should you wish to cancel your booking with me in order to have your full deposit returned. A TWO MONTH Notice is required if your weddings falls within the calendar year in the months of June, July, August or on the September long weekend.
