Red Mile Limousines Service Policy Document
1. Booking and Reservations:
1.1 To secure our premium limousine services, clients are required to make reservations in advance.
1.2 A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
1.3 Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Cancellations and Refunds:
2.1 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the full payment.
2.2 Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
3. Chauffeur Services:
3.1 Our professional chauffeurs undergo thorough background checks and training to ensure the highest standards of service.
3.2 Clients are expected to treat chauffeurs with respect. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services.
4. Vehicle Selection:
4.1 Clients can choose from our diverse fleet of luxury vehicles, subject to availability.
4.2 Red Mile Limousines reserves the right to upgrade a vehicle at no additional cost if the selected vehicle is unavailable.
5. Additional Charges:
5.1 Any additional services requested during the trip, beyond the agreed-upon package, will be subject to additional charges.
5.2 Additional time exceeding the originally agreed-upon duration will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
6. Airport and Corporate Services:
6.1 For airport pick-ups, clients are required to provide accurate flight information to ensure timely service.
6.2 Corporate event services must be booked in advance, and specific requirements should be communicated during the reservation process.
7. Damages and Cleaning Fees:
7.1 Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the limousine during their reservation.
7.2 Excessive cleaning required due to client actions (spills, stains, etc.) will result in additional cleaning fees.
8. Payment:
8.1 Full payment is due before the start of the service, including any additional charges incurred during the trip.
8.2 Accepted payment methods include credit cards, cash, or other pre-approved arrangements.
