Basic Package ($500 - $1000): Ideal for smaller gatherings or events with a tight budget, this package provides essential amenities and access to the venue for a minimum of 2 hours.
Standard Package ($1000 - $1750): Perfect for mid-sized events, this option includes additional services and upgrades such as enhanced audio-visual equipment or extra event space, while still maintaining affordability.
Premium Package ($1750 - $2500): For larger or more elaborate events, this package offers premium features and extensive support, including extended venue access, top-tier amenities, and customizable options to ensure a memorable experience.

Terms and Conditions
1. Minimum Rental Time: All bookings require a minimum rental period of 2 hours.
2. Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
4. Damage and Liability: The client is responsible for any damage to the venue or its contents during the rental period. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after the event, provided no damage occurs.
5. Additional Fees: Additional fees may apply for services beyond the standard package, including extra hours, setup, and teardown time.
6. Venue Access: Access to the venue for setup and teardown is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. Any setup or teardown time beyond the rental period may incur additional charges.
7. Compliance: All events must comply with local laws and regulations, including noise ordinances and safety requirements. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits.
8. Service Changes: Any changes to the catering, entertainment, or music event planning services must be communicated at least 14 days before the event. Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes.
