About Atmosphere Events & Catering
Atmosphere Events and Catering is a full-service catering and event planning company owned and operated by Dana and Nicolas Rolland. We have the ability to handle events from two guests to 2,000 guests from start to finish - from menu planning and décor to rentals and staffing. Our catering chefs are European-trained, each with over 20 years experience in both the public and private sectors.
We are at the top of the game when it comes to service; our servers have been working with us since our first event in 2004. In the private sector, we have catered breakfast, lunch and dinner (both buffet and plated) on a daily and weekly basis for countless families. We work with our clients’ nutritional needs as well as within their budgetary confinements - we feel everybody has the right to a great event!
